The delegates had a full and busy morning today starting with the auditor’s report and the report of the ETFO General Secretary.
The motions debated dealt with proposed changes to the ETFO constitution and bylaws.
Andrea Horwath spoke to the delegates, making a strong statement about how she would approach negotiations with respect and honesty. When she responded to questions she declared that she would not support legislation that infringed up the collective bargaining rights of educators.
Later she responded to media questions while the delegates continued to debate resolutions inside.

After the General Secretary presents the report delegates are given an opportunity to ask specific questions about the work of the organization.
